ADMISSIONS

Parents/Guardians who are interested in having their child/ward join the Yabnel family are required to submit the following documents:

• Completed Registration Form

• Original Birth Certificate of the child

• Original Immunization Card of the child

• Two passport-sized photos of the child

• Last school report

• Parent/Guardian's ID

• SRN # (if available)
